What is the best part about your compensation package?
The list is long when it comes to our great benefits but I think the best part about the compensation is the fully covered health benefits. The ESOP is also a great benefit offered.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on my team has been very helpful and supportive. They've made sure that I can feel comfortable to ask any questions and if they are unable to answer themselves, they direct to the best person who can.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even though most of the company seems to work remotely, I can still feel the inclusivity through the various events held by the company. There's a great sense of community and openness that can be felt even though most of my interactions are online.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm happy that I get to do something I'm extremely interested in for work while being able to work from home. I like the fact that the work I do results in something I can be proud of - beautiful packaging that shows customers they are receiving a quality product.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about the leadership team is that everyone has seemed very open and receptive to questions and I can expect to receive the guidance I need when I ask for help. I feel very comfortable reaching out to my superiors knowing I'll receive a respectful response to what I need.
