Working a hybrid schedule. It allows me to have such an incredible work-life balance--I never feel burnt out!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am beyond grateful to work for a company with leadership that always goes the extra mile to make themselves available o meet with and actually mentor their employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The ESOP program. Because all employees have part ownership in the company, it encourages us to work collaboratively towards the company's success. When the company does well, we all benefit together!
