Since I have started with Golden Hippo, I have learned how a good team gets along and how they can communicate to achieve their goals as a group.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I enjoy working for Golden Hippo due to the fact that I have an incredible manager and team. There is constant support when needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have clear communication from them on going.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Attitude, engaging, knowledge, communication, always willing to be there for answers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I am helping the fur babies and their pet parents feel better.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our Free health care is a huge bonus. It is also nice to be % vested so quickly into the 401K system.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel my leadership team keeps me engaged, interested and felling part of our team! They make ME feel part of the team!!!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive culture about the company is knowing that I am helping so many animals feel better. Not just the animals but their pet parents and families as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My teammates always are supportive. I can ask for advice, and they are always there for me. They not only help me, but show me, but teach me the correct way to work through the problem
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The encouragement I receive from my boss and my co-workers is something I have not had in such a long time. It is something I have that has been missing in my work life way too long!
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I believe in the products that I am working with and selling. I will ONLY work with a company that I believe in. The bonus is I get to feed the products to our pets as well. Secondly, having a great team to work with makes the week go by so fast.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I took the job knowing I was going to be paid less than what I could earn elsewhere, and I am good with that (for now). I know I will move up the ladder soon! The benefits are a huge a part of the compensation program and I take that into consideration as well.
