After being here about a month, I've felt so incredibly grateful to be a part of this company. I absolutely love the creative and welcoming work environment that this company offers. My team supports me and extends help when needed. Most importantly, they are amazing human beings and I love them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership truly cares about my individual growth, and this means so much to me as a new employee. I feel supported and welcomed, and that is not something I can say about other companies I've worked for.
What makes you most happy at work?
My manager is the coolest lady around, and she truly makes me excited about logging on or walking into the office. Her and I have similar qualities, so it's easy to collaborate and we get along very well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our office is built to be a collaborative space, where I can walk across the room and chat with another department. It is very easy to get around once you get the lay of the land, and it makes for more open communication and inclusion of all departments.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a part-time employee, I do not get most of the benefits the company offers. However, I do enjoy getting free and discounted products from our brands every month. The products we sell are very expensive and high-end, and it is very nice that we get them very cheap.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all genuine people, and they make the office a great place to be at. They keep things fun and fresh, so I feel excited about going in person. Most importantly, I feel like I can have relationships with them outside of the office, while still keeping work and personal life separate.
