I really love the work I get to do itself. My job is exactly what I was hoping to find, and it's not an easily-found position. I just really lucked out that my ideal role also happened to be within a company that fosters my continued professional development.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive is very down to earth. They understand the ins and outs of the business, and therefore, what they ask of their employees. Goals are achievable. Wins are celebrated. Losses are learnings. Empathetic leadership is a pillar here, and the people they've put in positions of power are proof.
