What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel that they have put a lot of time and effort into giving us what is fair but also beyond that. I've never had such significant compensation or benefits at any of my other jobs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very respectful and inclusive. We have been given a transparent and honest work environment and you can feel that. Everyone is genuine and kind and I love being able to come into the office and be in such a great community of people!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is so kind and respectful and professional. I love how comfortable and relaxed our environment is. It gives me the freedom to expand my skills and take chances without feeling stressed and overwhelmed with unnecessary pressures. The biggest part is our culture of honor & respect!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like they do everything to make sure everyone feels comfortable and confident in their roles but they also make it about teamwork. I feel like all of our voices matter and that we can actually make an impact and make a difference. That's huge to me.
What makes you most happy at work?
The freedom and independence I have within my role. I love being a part of a team but I don't like to be micro-managed - as a creative, it can be very stifling. But here I feel like my own boss and I can work creatively with a team. Nothing better than that honestly.
