I give 9/10. I like the work, i like my coworkers, and the compensation has exceed expectations. Performance based compensation/promotions has it's drawbacks. Strong insecurity can take place if the economy turns, if things perform poorly outside your control, your gone. Hence 9/10.

KPI bonuses are great. I appreciate the strong health coverage as well

People are really open, and generally positive. Everyone gives helpful insights and really want to see each other succeed

people don't go around playing the blame game, or harp on you if things out of your control aren't going well.
