It does not feel corporate but we still know when it's time to get projects done and bring our A-game.

We have a work hard, play hard mentality where everyone is able to log off and relax in a timely manner.

We've had changes to our recent leadership team, but they make transparent decisions and always make sure employees understand where we're headed.

I had one phone screen and one hiring manager interview. They were scheduled quickly and I felt that my time was valued.

I love connecting with my manager. She has become a close friend and someone who supports everything I do while continuing to give me supportive and constructive feedback.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is so friendly and a team player. Whenever my workload gets to be overwhelming other people on the team are willing to step in and help get things done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're so different from your traditional corporate culture. Everyone is easy to talk to, and you really feel like your voice is heard no matter where you sit in the organization.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's very laid back. I am able to work from home and when I go into the office, most people are dressed casual. I love that they provide a catered lunch after our weekly company meeting.
