I have been here 9+ years and have watched the company grow and along the way, we have been able to adjust to the ever changing digital marketing landscape. I am proud of what we created and hope we continue.

I do not have to pay an insurance premium

Outside of my salary, we get KPI bonuses (extra money) throughout the year!

Everyone is a joy to be around! Makes coming to the office fun.

they are open to hearing feedback from those who are not in upper management positions

we work like a family! We all get along, even if we don't always agree on things. No one has an ego.
What makes you most happy at work?
having the culture that we have. We work hard and have wonderful benefits (the gym, kitchen, red light therapy and now a cold plunge!)
What makes you most happy at work?
Being with my co-workers and the free food in the kitchen...and underground parking. I like that my car can be out of the sun in the summer (protects the paint job!).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our company culture is very inclusive and each week we allow anyone to write to the Executive Team with positive and negative comments (done anonymously) and the comments are shared with everyone in the company. The company is very transparent.

People want to succeed and see the company grow so we try to work together to make that happen but people also like to have fun so it's not always so serious. And it's great we allow pets in the office!
