It is a great place to work but the experience will vary depending on managers and teams. I enjoy working here but I do get my brief moments of despondency when I am reminded how often some advance and how slow it is for some of us. Overall I love what I do and enjoy using it to support the company.

I enjoy working from home and collaborating with others when I'm at the office.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been with the company for a while now, and moving up is very challenging. My role's responsibilities keep expanding without a salary raise or a new title. To help move things along and complete tasks on time, I frequently have to fix issues that others should be handling.
