GH is an up and coming entity. I like that we maintain an open mind to creating new products and opening new doors.
Working on challenging projects, learning and career progression.
Open communication, communal cooperation, open to feedback, results driven, friendly, talented
The leadership team is approachable and encourages communication. Speaking with higher level managers often feels like speaking with a coworker and this helps the fluidity of ideas.
My coworkers are quite positive, easy to reach, and driven. The company has built an environment to help its employees balance their work and lives. Interaction within people is genuine and positive.
I see a lot of energetic and optimistic people. We collaborate on the good and the hard. Our projects are challenging, but we all pitch in to make them happen and its great when we see the fruits of it.
A compensation reflective of the effort/hours I work would improve my feeling about our company. We function with a skeleton crew and I often find myself working 20-40% more time than Im supposed to. For context, my compensation level is roughly around 100% of market.
I think my team is quite unique in that we have great unison and work well towards the common goal. My manager has focused on creating and harboring an environment structured around collaboration and independent contribution. Also, no micro management which helps make all of us accountable.
I really enjoy working with my manager, who is a high caliber and knowledgeable person at what they do. I learn each day with every interaction we have - I am excited for my growth here. As if it wasn't enough, my co-workers also display great work ethic and a very positive attitude.
I would feel better about a 401k matching of 1:1 instead of 1:0.5 The workload seems to be much higher than I had expected, especially for the compensation. I've noticed a lot of it is reactive in nature - it may be helpful to instill a proactive work structure in our departments.
The town halls give me a good feeling about our CEO and the company's direction, I like that Mark puts these up and devotes an hour a week to the employees on a leveled field. This is very important for morale and I often find other teammates speaking about the transparency that he gives.
