Doers, go getters, high energy, and all working with the same goals in mind. Everyone enjoys helping each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher salary. The cost of living is still outpacing pay increases. Real world expenses seem out of control. The $20 Min wage at fast food is having a ripple affect across the pay in all markets, and thus prices are adjusted up to cover the new cost.
