The team has been so welcoming and helpful with everything. I have not felt out of place whats so ever.

The bonus structure is nice and knowing that if I go the extra mile it will pay off and not just be expected.

I felt very welcomed and a part of the team since day one. They have heard me out and have shown me the way.

The culture is strong and that a great thing. The amount of everyones involvement is amazing and makes me feel better to get more involved.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love how no one is hovering over my shoulder while I work. We are adults doing a job and we are treated like adults.
