What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem open, direct and transparent about goals, expectations and results. We go over numbers weekly. Goals seem fair, and compensation for reaching goals is a great benefit to have.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team specifically is very wholesome, lovely. My teammates genuinely care about each other. We all want to succeed and see each other succeed, and our manager is always there for us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people that join the teams tend to all mesh perfectly with each other. I feel like the hiring team does a great job at setting the company for success by hiring the correct people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Acupuncture included in my health insurance. The retirement package/ESOP. I like having plenty of PTO. I'd like for KPI Bonuses to be a bit more accessible because goals seem like they have been really hard to hit this year, but overall Im very grateful with the fact that that system exists.
