I have loved being a hippo and contributing to the success of the company. From the moment I started, I felt very welcome. It is a learning process when you are new, but there are lot's of people willing to help. It might make sense to document processes, to help newer people out.

The fact that everyone rally's around each other to get a project done. Fantastic teamwork

Down to earth, caring and thoughtful people. I like that they are willing to lead and jump in to help.

Knowing I will be faced with challenges and obstacles that I will have to overcome to be successful in accomplishing what I set out to do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Positive people that are willing to lend a hand. As a newer Hippo, I was shocked how friendly everyone was and how they all said if I need any help to let them know.
