Everyone cares about each other and their mental health.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think for me, it's that they know I'm human. I make mistakes, I have a life, and I'm not treated as a non-stop working robot. I feel humanized.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is welcoming and extremely helpful. Sometimes learning the operations and inner workings of any company can be overwhelming. But knowing I have people to help and support me is reassuring.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
For me, it's the investment in the company. It just makes it feel like everyone is working for the same goal and you have a literal investment in the success of the company.
