I love the idea of getting bonus pay and recognition for stand-out wins, ideas, and other contributions each week.
I like when I share an insight and see people's eyes light up. It proves to me that they're just as passionate about the work as I am.
Weekly communication and transparency on company performance is a big plus. They seem to seek out and genuinely value input from our different teams, and have made a point of celebrating AND rewarding wins on a regular basis.
Everyone seems eager to learn from each other. Low-ego, high cooperation. People seem excited to share ideas and are open to trying new things. And they care about winning. That's the kind of team you want to be on.
As a new member of the team, I'm facing a substantial learning curve. Learning all the brands/processes, and keeping track of a million moving parts has been a legitimate challenge. My team has been super supportive and responsive to my needs as I bring myself up to speed. I couldn't ask for more.
