The CEO is very approachable and always willing to listen to a new ideas and/or new suggestion.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very team atmosphere. Everyone is open to helping each other out even if they are on other teams.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I can't say about other departments but my own department, it is less than 7 and we all can communicate well and work well and on the same page most of the time.
What makes you most happy at work?
There are always so many free activities at work for employees to participate and enjoy. Plus I get to work with my coworkers that we also hang out outside of the office so it is like working with friends.
