I enjoy my work and the freedom that I am granted to express that creativity without having someone micro-manage me, which would otherwise be stifling.

I like their openness to suggestions and willingness to apply them where needed, as well as their interest in empowering the company mind to resolve and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Pay is commensurate with a person's experience and success at the company. I am satisfied with the opportunities for growth and am very happy with the company benefits and 401K program.

We are a creative group that are driven to raise the bar with our work. We constantly produce interesting documentary style videos that, I believe, are raising the awareness of the general public about what they consume?

The team is a highly creative group of self-motivated media gatherers, producers and editors. Each of us is multi-talented and willing to learn new skills to further empower and support the team to be successful. Most importantly, we win.

What makes you most happy at work?
As a video producer, editor and motion graphics artist, there is always a new creative challenge to achieve. I have every available tool at my disposal and enough freedom to manifest my ideas in the many stories we produce. This is what I was born for.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is no CEO that rivals Mark Clemens. He is always nonplussed and balanced in his judgement, mingles freely with the employees and is well liked by all. His management style genuinely elevates morale and aids in producing a positively creative atmosphere, which makes working at GHM so unique.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a sense of camaraderie in the culture, which is instilled via company meetings, exercise programs, yoga, meditation and a terrific kitchen. I feel a genuinely positive and productive energy from my coworkers, as well as a calmness at the office, with little to no stress by those around me.
