What is the best part about your compensation package?
That we get monthly bonuses when we hit monthly KPIs, that all of our insurance is paid for by the company, and that our 401k is matched up to 5%
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get along very well. We work in an environment that always allows opinions and ideas regardless of role within the company. Ideas are valued from all parties and given weight within a discussion
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very open to hearing suggestions, praises, and criticisms, and for the most part they adapt the company accordingly. They make this a fun place to work through numerous perks. They allow autonomy and ownership of work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We praise each other publicly, and credit for projects completed or jobs well done is given publicly. We believe in putting our names on our projects, and with that, we receive credit individually and as a team for a job well done
