What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical & Dental & Vision all praise our insurance package when I go. We also get company-wide goal-bonuses when met.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are innovative. They read employee suggestions every week and answer them, sometimes with employee votes. Their generosity and trust in the employees is liberating and encouraging.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open, sensitive, upscale, friendly. We have a co. gym, stocked full kitchen, events, co. run garden, weekly yoga & meditation, monthly birthday parties. A library! Dog friendly! : )
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with, the work I do. The give- back programs that help those in foreign countries get aid with water, medicine and teaching. It's an exceptional office.
