My experience has been great. I have had opportunities to really settle in and make great friends. I have the ability to get my job done without all the politics that can get in the way at other companies.

It's a bizarre company with bizarre company values, but it has been successful year over year so I can't completely knock it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The medical, vision and dental packages are legit.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like my coworkers and the workout programs

The open floor plan and kitchen.

More conference rooms and parking spaces

Everyone was extremely cordial and kind.

I don't feel this way

It is line with others in the city with the same position.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The collaboration here is like no other. We attack problems without the finger pointing and corporate BS
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are available when you need to talk to them and open to discussions that range from easy/comfortable to uncomfortable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Work hard, play hard. We enjoy each other, are respectful of our roles and expertise, and can trouble shoot on the fly.
What makes you most happy at work?
The opportunity to go the free gym, eat free food and the overall happiness of the employees here, make for a great environment.

We work really well together. Everyone shows up to work hard and get their jobs done. BUT we also are able to have fun.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are the best! They equally know how to work hard and have fun in the process. It is never a dull day and I never dread seeing or interacting with any of them. Very pleasant people to work with. No drama.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is amazing. We have a large kitchen with tons of free coffee, food, and snacks. State of the art cooking ranges, refrigerators and cooking utensils/appliances. Most people are relaxed (clothing included) and professional. I like the open format of our work spaces for collaboration and teamwork.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It is great when the leadership is fully involved in any aspect of the company. Many fall into this category, some do not. When they are able to see the company as a whole and understand how their decisions affect each department, is when they are most effective.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like that we are allowed to be ourselves, show up to work and just work. Office politics is low and we just get our work done. I like that there is no micromanagement and we are allowed to make decisions to keep the company moving and growing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a kitchen that is fully stocked with veggies, meats, cheeses, coffees, teas, fruits, etc. It's amazing! We are encouraged regularly to give feedback on how to make the company better and we work towards goals each month as an entire company. Open floor plan allows us to collaborate.
