I love it here at Golden Hippo! I see a lot of potential for this company to get back to a billion! One "gripe" I do have is that I wish we were a little less conservative with how we handle employees and putting them on performance plans. When an issue is identified, no hesitation for term.

Willingness to help out. Definite team mindset across the different divisions (shared services)

The support and trust they offer to their teams! An even bigger bonus, the recognition for the hard work on a lot of fast moving projects!
