I don't really work with my team but theyre really nice

common goals, clear direction, long term goals, transparency, not masking red flags with new perks or events

the recruiting team (RIP) was informed and educated. they prepped me and made sure i was fully aware of the process

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

i serve no purpose here and just walk around being confused as to why nobody will let me use my brain when we have tons of work to be done

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

i literally do not have anything to do and ask for more work daily and was once told point blank that i wasnt allowed to do more work because then they would have to pay me more.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I just feel so undervalued that i cry thinking about the choice i made to be here. i have not learned one single thing in my time here and that makes it hard to find another job that values intelligence and skills

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My job is well below the industry standard, but my duties are below the expected duties of my title. when asked if i could do harder/more challenging work so that i could be compensated accordingly, i was told "no" and that was that. i bring it up often.
