What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate leadership group is great, however I've never even met anyone above that. The partners/CEO/owners/etc. seem to be only concerned with one portion of the company and other departments aren't as important.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a great culture among the team of encouragement and growth. Everything here is about getting better. It's a fast-paced environment and some may struggle with that, but it's perfect for those that wish to learn and expand quickly.
