The managers seem to be keeping an eye on how much you're doing and when you go above and beyond - making pay raises more regular and personal.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Love the ability to bond in the kitchen with coworkers that we would otherwise never interact t with - as well as the crossfit/yoga/meditation classes/ and happy hours are greatly appreciated.
