What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Again, leadership is everything. Without experienced and properly trained leaders, our co workers become disgruntled and can be toxic.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Our workplace environment breeds gossip and lacks interdepartmental cooperation. I believe this can be solved by creating a better sense of team work, reprimanding who work against this goal, and it would be helpful if Golden Hippo cleaned house.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

There are a handful of leaders that are great at this company because they are experienced and able to handle a team professionally. Others are not so much. They can be toxic, harmful, and dangerous. HR tends to side with these toxic people.
