Everyone is friendly. We have our own hippo culture. KPI parties and then other parties spontaneously planned every month.

Weekly company meetings and shout outs, Great kitchen all healthy food, No problem even when you make mistakes as long as you're learning.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Very thorough. No Bias. They really want somebody who is ready to drink water out of a firehose as the company is in aggressive growth mode.

We have little booths where we go to work when we really need to focus. Theres a garden in the back, great kitchen, Im learning how to cook.
