Good ambiance, hard working and are there for you when you need help/guidance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its very laidback but at the same time we make sure work gets done. I like that people trust in your ability to get work done while being able to socialize and balance out your work day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel like my compensation is enough for the amount of responsibility I carry. Maybe being able to make a commission on an offer when it does very well would be a good motivation to continue working hard.
What makes you most happy at work?
The culture and being able to get along with all other departments. It's important to communicate and know whats needed on your behalf to keep your work environment positive and full of happy coworkers. Also love having the dogs here at work, they make me super excited to come into work everyday.
