100% Employer Paid Health Benefits. I pay practically nothing out of pocket for doctors appointments and the mental health resources are excellent as well.

I love the monthly KPI goals! If we achieve our company wide goals for the month, we can earn up to 2 weeks of extra pay!

I feel that I'm getting paid very, very fairly and it's the first time in my life that I'm actually able to put money away in savings.

The leadership team is really open to all suggestions. This is evident through our weekly Tuesday meetings. The partners read each and every suggestion that was put in to the suggestion box. All of our concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
