What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone's down to earth, not judgmental and I haven't witnessed any power grabs or deliberate manipulative behavior.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They treat everyone with respect. many of the leaders have started as employees here and therefore they can relate to everyone better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Instead of the company performance bonuses, just to receive the money up front (as part of our pay check), since the company-wide performance bonuses are unreliable/ difficult to control.
