Everyone's willingness to contribute to a shared goal, even when it might fall outside of their wheelhouse which creates more opportunities for creativity!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very grateful for the paid maternity leave! I live in a state that does not mandate paid leave but as a remote employee received 16 weeks paid!
What makes you most happy at work?
That I can live a well balanced life, WHILE WORKING! What a concept, that I've never experienced before. I can take time to go to the gym, cook a meal, and pet all of my coworkers dogs! :D
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most positive thing about Golden Hippo is the individual employees are extremely passionate about the role they serve. Many are also willing to volunteer themselves to volunteer roles like hosting an activity, happy hour or initiative that will bring us together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Answered never to raises, but I'm fairly new. I appreciate the medical, dental, and 401k package. Also the unlimited opportunities to engage with the team at happy hours and team outings is great! Also, super thankful that I get food unlimited HEALTHY food!
