What makes you most happy at work?
Theres too many things to choose from. I can't decide if it's the fully stocked kitchen or the adorable pups.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I've made more than enough of an impact in my position to deserve a bonus or a raise. I've gone beyond my expected responsibilities and have improved the productivity for more than one department.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I always look forward to working with anyone in my team. Whenever we collaborate, our work quality exceeds our expectations. Also, everyone always makes the effort to make sure no one feels excluded. My coworkers have become my good friends.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that the company implements so many healthy activities and resources that are available to everyone. Yoga, meditation, cycling, and the list goes on. Not only are you benefitting from good mental and physical health, but also given the opportunity to meet others outside your department.
