I love that everyone is here to work hard and at the same time still prioritize their health. I value my health and wellness so much, so I'm happy to be in an environment where everyone puts that first.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't necessarily feel "undervalued", i just think that compared to my previous job I was getting paid more to do a reasonable amount of work. I feel here I am doing more work, for less. I do think the benefits are a good compensation, though, but sometimes it can be difficult paying the bills.
