It has been very good for me personally but I've kind of seen a lot of people get fired since I started, which is pretty unnerving.

Straightforward and clear about intent; not very many "surprises" here at GHM

Leadership seems to have my back 100%, which I am not super used to.

the creative freedom that I am allowed in the pursuit of the business objectives

the bonus structure is very fair and incentives the employees to succeed and is relatively generous
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How supportive my team is to me. A lot less negging than I am used to.

The passive benefits - esop, health (although, i wish Kaiser was an option), bonuses, kitchen (which has better food than my own house), etc....
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It's more of a reflection of me. They are all, smart, talented, supportive, and hard working but I just prefer to work on my own.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I haven't seen any of this in the marketing material but people here are REALLY REALLY supportive and positive but in a low key kind of way which I find to be SO MUCH healthier than when it's all fake recognition at other companies
