I really love working here. Genuinely the best job I've had

I've been working here for three years and have really enjoyed it every day. The benefits and the people are amazing, and the work-life balance is unmatched. I can honestly say that I have never had a really bad day at work here.

The relaxed dress code, the dog-friendly office, and the fully stocked kitchen are really great to have. And the in-house gym has saved me so much time and money.

The executive always makes sure they're open to feedback from every level of the company. This feedback is often public, meaning the executive team has very visible accountability and action.

I think the leadership team has is really great at taking criticism and learning from it. They also listen to feedback and make sure everyone in the company has a voice.

My manager really cares about me as a person, as well as my growth and development. She makes sure that I am enhancing my skills and learning something new for each project.

Having wonderful health insurance that doesn't come out of my paycheck is the most life-changing benefit. I used to forego health insurance because I couldn't afford it, and now I don't have to.

I have a small circle of people that I am close with AND enjoy working with. And at this point in the pandemic, I see more them than I do my own roommates!

The leadership team at Golden Hippo is very transparent, which leads to a great amount of trust and respect from the employees. I never feel like there are secret shady things going on in the background, and I feel informed about many decisions that the company makes.
