They make you wear many hats with promises of growth, but growth never comes.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Caring about employee's growth and properly compensating them for their work. Meditation is cool and all, but it doesn't pay the bills.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Need to hire more people that know how to do the job instead of hiring people only "willing to learn". Too many mistakes and miscommunication is made because of this.
