What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our sales tactics are old school and the majority of our budget only goes to the media buyers. Our target demo is mainly baby boomers and if this company wants to last they need to be up to date.

This company is a catfish in every way. They reel you in with a stocked kitchen, health benefits, and company outings. After working there you realize you're being EXTREMELY underpaid, there's not much room for growth, and your director doesn't always have knowledge in the department they're directi
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After working hard and exceeding expectations there hasn't been much additional compensation besides being told "good job". Getting a raise is like pulling teeth. You gather all of your progress, give it to your director to only have them put it off for months until you finally get a little bump.
