Collaborative, judgement free, friendly environment to bounce ideas off of and work together
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to competitors, pay seems lower, but it does make up for it through benefits and KPI bonuses
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Onboarding remotely, I have been welcome with nothing but friendly slack messages and feel welcome. I can't wait to see how that translates to in office culture once it opens up again.
