What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all very involved in each other's work and I love that. Also, everyone is very open to helping each other when needed. The door is always open for help and I think that is very important
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The benefits are definitely great. I loved being in the office more than working from home because I thrive from a personal team environment. GH does a great job of keeping the space open for anyone to ask anyone a question, which I love
What makes you most happy at work?
Every day is something new, which keeps me on my toes. I know that I have a lot to learn before I can get to my goals and I know that that journey will be exciting because I will be doing and learning something new almost everyday
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With how much money the company makes, I can be offered a higher salary, especially since my role consists of finding different avenues of growth and I am personally attributing to the growth of the company. And sometimes, we don't hit our KPI's as often so it doesn't really attribute to my salary.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are very engaging with everyone at Golden Hippo. It is only my 2nd month here with the team and seeing how involved they really make me happy. I really enjoy the Tuesday meetings because that gives us a chance to speak to the executive team as well as learn familiar faces.
