I have never worked for a company that cared as much for and about their employees as I do now. Young people take things for granted. Being older gives you a different view on how things could be as opposed to how they should be and can be done. Our company does it RIGHT!

What are some of the best things about your team?
The willingness of others to help out with questions/issues and the fact that most of us live with Slack open most of the time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ability to have a full time job from home on a regular basis even before the pandemic. I have a husband that is disabled and being home with him is priceless.
What makes you most happy at work?
Just the ability to have a good job to provide for my family is the best. Getting products free/reduced to try is a huge plus as well. Love that our company loves us and takes care of us and wants us to succeed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The fact that they think of us as PEOPLE instead of a number has to be one of the best thing I've experienced. The consideration that we are not computers and make mistakes, yet learn from them is another thing I've never experienced. Being a Hippo is the best thing for our family by far.
