It has been like a breath of fresh air in my life, Its great to be part of a company that is dedicated to the happiness of their employees. The culture created by Golden Hippo is incredible, I look forward to getting up and getting ready each day.

Being able to work with multiple departments to get things done.

A genuine feeling of being part of a team that wants everyone to succeed.

They try their best to address everyone's issues no matter how big or how small.

The truly cooperative positive environment, I love the people that I get to work with.

Everyone's effort to get things done quickly and efficiently. A problem is identified and the team works on solving it.

Everyone is very supportive. Each person makes themselves available to share knowledge solely based on their want to be a team player.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The opportunity to make additional income based on company KPI goals being met or personal goals being completed on our bi annual employee reviews.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is an effort to find positive goal oriented people to put together to meet the needs of the company. It allows the company to be diverse while stressing inclusivity.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the effort that is constantly put in to make everyone feel included. Not only does the company acknowledge all monthly cultural celebrations they also allow each of us to express ourselves to the fullest.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus structure is based on goals you set with your manager. They allow you to set SMART goals that not only better the company but give an opportunity to each employee to have full control of their success at the end of the year.
