Their willingness to put the needs of the client (and their families) girst, as well as their support of the needs of team members.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening and addressing staff concerns. If they would just treat their staff with respect, the "fix" for their facilities could be easy. They waste too many resources trying to figure out how to bring new staff in, when they should be retaining the good staff they already have.

It's best when the workload isn't overwhelming and both staffing and supplies are adequate.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Staff morale is the worst I've seen in 15 years. If the company would focus more on maintaining staff that has shown loyalty and dependability, that would give an incentive for staff to provide better care to the residents.
