What are some of the best things about your team?
Our ability to work cross-collaboratively. We are a highly verticalized team and understand each other's goals and approach each other with empathy.

Not only are they a likable group of people, the amount of creativity that occurs when we all get together is impressive. Meetings are efficient and continue to get more efficient with time.
