Overall the people are good and management recognizes employees hard work through praise. There is just too much work and not enough resources. They need to invest more in the companies in order to get more out of them. They need to work on prioritization and organization.

Management just recently was very unqualified. It appears they're trying to fix that. Harris is a place you can retire at. You will not get top pay but benefits are great and its very unlikely you'll be laid off. Maybe moved to another business unit but not laid off.

I think they have good intentions, but they give us very limited resource for the amount of work they expect to be done. Honestly, if you want to make money you need to spend money, they need to invest in hiring more people and making sure they are properly compensating the people they have now.

Old system's reputation was abysmal because basic things weren't done like basic error messages which clog up the support queue. Only concerns for the new system are replicating all the problems of the old one.
