Company is still transitioning internally it is difficult to navigate a path when things are continuously changing

This can be a plus or minus but folk tend to focus on work or positive conversation, nothing political, religious or otherwise polarizing. As global company it works as we all have challenges in our countries and societies.

There is a rot in the company from top to bottom. The fire has gone out

Wasn't a total humiliation, ball breaking dreadful, horrible time like most - Amazon, google,

it was mostly focus on the requirements and there were no vague or questionable topics.

The questions were pertinent but the sessions were very hurried

When I interviewed they performed group interviews and the questions were mostly relevant to job experience and skills vs. some of the weird questions you see online

People need to be motivated about the future there is no hope right now

There have been layoffs and rumors of layoffs every year for 5 years. Many jobs are moving overseas and benefits are being reduced for US employees. Seems a strategic move, so I'm not sure there is much possibility for improvement.
