Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because other companies tend to compensate higher for the equivalent position and responsibilities. I would feel fairly compensated if I had a 15% raise.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture and values of the companies are a close match to my own. It was easy for me to come on board with values like respect, pluralism, competition, customer first, integrity, creativity, and collaboration.

I feel like my contributions and responsibility with the company match the ones of a higher paying position. I would like to be recognized and promoted to the next level so that I can make a greater impact on growing our business.
