I have interacted with several of them. They are leading the company well, but they are also good, genuine people.

My team is always willing to help each other. And when we're all in the office, we enjoy being together.

They seem to care about each team. They maintain transparency by holding quarterly update calls and our CEO holds occasional coffee hours to chat with him directly.

I feel like they care about the employees. They have provided many top notch benefits, as well as perks like catered lunches, walking desks and good coffee.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We communicate well together. We have a daily standup call and I have regular meetings with my manager to go over work items and get through any blockers. They make it easy to succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Teamwork. For a big company, it's easy to get to know people and everyone is willing to help you out. Also, HR regularly has fun events to get people together (mostly virtual events right now).
