My experience has been great overall and learning new things from the team, but there should be a bump in compensation and also training more should be enforced to save and value your current employees.

Willingness to help despite limited training, great conversations, and ability to relate to one another.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they actually care about how you are feeling outside of work, but for support engineers there should be better compensation especially for all the inflation going on and better training
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I didn't get much training when I was added on to this company which I waited so long to be able to join. Training should be the priority if you ask me so we all can be better engineers. In terms of compensation, I'm getting paid below the average for job title and it doesn't help for cost of living
