we can work from home and still able to reach out to other team members
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Unlimited time off. Double-edged sword its great that it is unlimited but I was told not to take more than 3 weeks per year. Even people worked there more than 5 years still only get 3 weeks
